reform policies and information

Every reform design is handmade when ordered. The typical ship date is 2 weeks after order is received. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged, until we are actually preparing your order for shipment. Occasionally, an item may be back-ordered due to high demand. You will be notified of the revised expected ship date.


sales tax
We are required to charge sales tax for any order shipped within California at 8.25%.

shipping
We ship via UPS Ground or 2 Day Air within the contiguous 48 U.S. States. UPS 2 Day Air for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. All packages will require a signature upon delivery. International orders ship U.S. Postal Mail, please contact us at sales@reformjewelry.com for shipping rates.

returns and exchanges

We gladly take returns or exchanges for all items as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt. We do require that you call (888) 733-6765 or email (info@reformjewelry.com) for pre-approval so that we can quickly make the transaction for you. Returns shipped without pre-approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box by any traceable shipping service. Reform is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refund does not include any shipping charges. Repairs will be made free of charge for 3 months after purchase.
